    Serving Online Seniors was started out of an honest, sincere need for computer repair, training and assistance specifically for seniors.  What we noticed upon retiring and moving to Mesa in 2000, was that seniors where vulnerable to the repair shops, including the large chain stores, and seniors were being over-charged, taken advantage of and intentionally kept ignorant towards their computers.  Some of the assistance we gave in the first few months, within our community (Sun Life Resort), was heart breaking!  We were appalled at what we saw happening.  We decided to provide the lowest cost assistance we could and we worked out of our home.  Word spread quickly and the need for assistance was overwhelming.

    A mere eight years later and my how we have grown!  We now have a location at 7435 E Main in Mesa.  We have a customer base over 5000 loyal customers.  SOS continues to provide inexpensive (lowest in the valley), honest and sincere service.   Since 2000, our daughter Tessa has joined the business.  Besides extensive computer experience, she has the same morals and standards that we built the business on.  She has received accolades from seniors that they have worked for and has helped to add energy and knowledge to the business.

    Serving Online Seniors provides computer repair, services and some training.  We offer assistance in-shop and on the phone.  Claudette and Kiefer answer 25 to 50 calls a day, so be patient and leave a message.  Can't come to us?  SOS does house calls as well!  We also offer a low cost pick up and drop off service.

    Our company does not sell computers, but we do keep basic parts on hand to ensure the fastest fix possible if a part is needed.  So if we tell you your computer is not worth repairing or has fatal flaws; we are not just trying to sell you a new computer!  If special parts are needed, we research the part and find the most inexpensive part available and order it for you!  All you have to do is pay what that part cost us.  There is no exurbanite markup on custom part orders.
