The Steps to Keeping Your Computer Clean!! These steps must be done in this sequence to be effective. Cleaning Internet Files Delete Cookies 1. Go to Internet Explorer 2. Go to Tools > Internet Options 3. Click Delete Cookies button 4. Click OK to delete Delete Internet Temp Files 1. Click Delete Files button 2. Check ‘Delete all offline content’ & click OK Clear History 1. Click Clear History button 2. Click Yes to clear history Use the following procedure if you do not have a Delete Cookies Button.

Note: If you have multiple hard drives on your computer you will need to defragment them one at a time. These
