1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click Tools in the top right corner, then click Internet Options

3. Under Browsing History click Delete

4. Click Delete All at the bottom of the window

5. In the Warning popup, check the box for Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons and click Yes
